Client: Our client is a market leading distributor ... specialising in the supply of industrial solutions. Their brand is well known across the industrial sector for the supply of quality products and high service levels. Established over 50yrs ago they have built a brand synonymous with quality and adhere to a policy of promoting from within where possible.
The Role: You will be responsible for promoting a range of products and services to the industrial and process engineering sector. You will contact a multitude of contacts ranging from Engineers, Buyers, Owners, Maintenance Dept.
The Candidate: Ideally you will have some knowledge or understanding of the industrial manufacturing sector. Our preference is you have sold industrial products, whether that be disposables, consumables, equipment or services is not important. What is important is you have a structured approach to sales with experience of selling to corporates.

Package:
Basic Salary - £25-30’000
Bonus - £35’000 - £40,000 OTE
Company car, mobile, pension

Due to continual growth, they now require an experience sales professional to look after the South London area.

THE ROLE: You will be selling a full range of business services and consumables on a consultative basis to the Commercial Sector. Clients include national retailers, construction companies, manufacturing and offices to name but a few. Previous sales experience is a must have coupled with a proven track record in new business sales. Candidates should have a positive attitude towards cold calling and have an enthusiastic and hard working personality. Senior Contracts Engineer
Runcorn
£Negotiable per annum

Ably Resources are currently seeking a Senior Contract Engineer for a contract role with a high profile oil and gas company based out of ... Runcorn.

We would require the ideal candidate to have relevant experience of a similar role in the North Seasector and would consider a long term role.

Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

Co-ordination of the contracts with clients, inter-company agreements, joint ventures and other collaborations including subcontracts with service suppliers.
Screen tenders and negotiate contract terms during tender phase with clients in conjunction with legal, treasury and insurance departments to ensure compliance with Business Norms.
Focal point for insurance issues in Company.
Development and maintenance of contracts register.
Align subcontracts with main contract terms to ensure no intermediate exposure.
Development and maintenance of standard terms for subcontracts and inter-company agreements.
Advise projects on contract amendments, disputes and other legal and contractual issues.
Deliver contract awareness training to other disciplines.
Conduct contracts compliance audits on existing projects
Mentoring responsibilities
Participation in legal networks and represent the Company in relevant industry forums
Honours Degree in Quantity Surveying or Law preferred
Expertise in LOGIC and standard UKCS oil and gas contracts preferred
Frontline negotiating experience with Oil & Gas operators
Understanding of contract and project management processes and systems
We would require the chosen candidate to be degree qualified and to have demonstrable Oil and Gas experience.
